Sit between the users, the data and the engineers: watch how the product is actually used, pull the signal out of noisy feedback, and turn it into something the team can act on this week.
What you will be doing
- Track feature usage, drop-offs and behaviour on the analytics dashboards
- Read Sentry logs and tie error signals to real user-reported issues
- Collate feedback from WhatsApp, email, support forms and Slack into one tracker
- Triage each item — bug, feature request, UX confusion, duplicate or noise
- Write dev-ready bug reports with repro steps
