What this service is

MyCampusHire lets a student invite a company to run a placement drive at their own college, gather their batch's resumes behind that invitation, and have us put the case to the company's recruiting team.

We are not a recruiter and we do not represent any company. Inviting a company here does not mean they will reply, visit, or hire anybody. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a promise of one.

Using the site

By using MyCampusHire you agree that:

  • The details you give about yourself are true — your name, your college, your branch, and a resume that is your own.
  • You will only add somebody else’s details with their knowledge.
  • You will not use a share link to collect resumes for anything other than the invitation it belongs to.
  • You will not attempt to reach data belonging to a college other than your own.
  • You are old enough to be in higher education, and at least 16.

We may close an account, remove an invitation, or withdraw a share link if any of that stops being true. Where we can, we will say why first.

If you coordinate an invitation

The student who opens an invitation approves who goes into it. That is a real responsibility: the people you approve are the ones whose resumes we put in front of the company, and your name, branch, semester and batch appear publicly beside the invitation.

Approve people you would genuinely vouch for to your own placement cell. If you no longer want the role, tell us and we will hand it on or close the invitation.

Your content

Your resume and your profile stay yours. You give us permission to show them to the people described in the data safety page and to send them to a company that agrees to consider a drive at your college — and to nobody else. You can withdraw that permission at any time by leaving an invitation or deleting your account.

What we do not promise

  • That a company will reply to an invitation, or say yes.
  • That a drive, once scheduled, will go ahead — that is the company’s and the college’s decision, not ours.
  • That the site will be available without interruption.

What we do promise is that every invitation reaches a person at the company, and that whatever they say — including a refusal — is passed back to the students behind it.

Money

Students never pay to use MyCampusHire. There is no fee to invite a company, to add a resume, or to be put in front of one.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it — including a drive that does not happen, or an opportunity missed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
