About the role

Wireframes, prototypes and user flows, and then the iteration after usability testing — which is the step that turns a screen that looks good into one people can use. Figma is the tool. A portfolio counts for more here than a degree does.

What you will be doing

• Work with product managers and developers to pin down what users actually need
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and user flows
• Design interfaces that are clear first and attractive second
• Iterate on what usability testing and feedback tell you, not on what you hoped
• Keep design elements consistent and inside the brand guidelines

Who can apply

• Available to work remotely for the full six months
• Able to start between 30 August and 4 October 2026
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Grounded in interface design principles, with the eye for detail that goes with them
• A portfolio of design work — coursework counts
• Some HTML and CSS is an advantage
